Is it wajib (compulsory) to perform the five daily prayers in congregation (Jamā'ah/Jamaat) while living in Darul Harb?

Answer
Yes. Being in Dar al-Harb does not exempt one from the wajib of performing the five daily prayers in congregation. Therefore, the prayers should still be offered in congregation.
